1. Eleu Health is a tool for Users and Doctors to have more information on a Users Health and Wellness and does not provide consultations or diagnosis.
2. Tracking (and monitoring) of data on a regular basis, gives Users a view of changes, so they can inform their doctor of potential early warning signs.

3. Telemedicine consultations are sporadic, but our consistent data tracking fills the gaps between consultations to provide physician with more information

Within the App you can find the definition of each Vital in the individual Vital screen, at the bottom. Please remember that Vital definitions and ranges are based on general information published by the Medical Council of Canada, the WHO, CDC and other widely used international standards on a general North American population level; risks based on individual factors or associated with different populations are not reflected. Although we endeavour to take all the necessary measures and precautions to ensure the safety of our Users data including the encryption of data, along with GDPR and HIPAA compliance, we cannot guarantee the safety of your health and wellness data.
Yes we provide a 30 day free trial, however with the exception of jurisdictions that do not permit the free trials as offered, such as Quebec.
As per our terms and conditions, We may make all or part of the Services available to you on a trial basis free of charge (“Free Trial”). The Free Trial shall begin when you submit a registration to us and shall terminate on the earlier of (i) thirty (30) days after registration or (ii) the date you give notice you do not wish to continue with the Services. You will not receive a notice from us that your Free Trial period has ended, and the Free Trial will convert to the paid service automatically.
User can delete their account and data the following way:
1. Navigate to the "Profile" tab
2. Press on the "Settings" icon in the top-right corner
3. Press on the "Delete account" icon in the top-right corner
4. User will be presented with a choice
"Delete account immediately" - deletes account and data immediately
"Delete account and keep data for 90 days" - deletes user account, but user health data is kept for 90 days before full deletion
